LINCS provides activities, assessment measures, publications, current research, fact sheets, and other adult education and literacy related resources. Available programs are broken down by age level such as early childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Also available is America's Literacy Directory, a searchable database of literacy programs across the US.

The Council on Children and Families coordinates efforts to achieve the collective vision that all children, youth and families in New York State will be healthy and have the knowledge, skills and resources to succeed in a dynamic society.
