The Digital Equity Task Force (DETF) is an inter-agency group developed by the New York State Library in partnership with the Empire State Development ConnectALL Office. The DETF is facilitating the development of New York State’s Digital Equity Plan in collaboration with stakeholders and direct input from the communities most affected by digital inequities.
